Hi, I'm Sarah! I'm originally from metro Detroit, moved across Lake Michigan to attend Northwestern University, and called Chicago home for nine years before moving to Colorado three years ago.I started my career at Foodmix, where I led Archer Daniels Midland's global rebrand of its Food Ingredient business. I then joined the innovation and growth strategy firm Clareo Partners as its first marketing hire. At Clareo, I established the marketing function and oversaw all positioning, go-to-market, content, and communications activities for the firm. I led marketing efforts at independent projects that have since become self-sustaining entities – Development Partner Institute, a platform for collaborative action in the mining industry, and Nourish Movement, a group of global leaders empowering human health through food. I also had the opportunity to brand, launch, and scale Forest, an innovation management software platform.I ended my 10-year tenure at Clareo at the end of 2025 as Director of Business Development for the Mining & Energy Practice, managing strategic partnerships and communications. Since then, I've traveled, leaned into my creative passions, and contracted for two great brands. I'm exploring what's next at my own pace, and always happy to have a conversation.My top strengths are empathy, communication, and discipline. I'm passionate about the power of storytelling, connecting great people, and trying things that terrify me.
